This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pinot Gris. Only the best grapes were used for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Tobias Krämer. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully milled. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Krämer Straight Pinot Gris can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
