The Reserva DOCa of Hacienda Grimon shines in a deep ruby red with purple hues.
On the nose unfolds a wonderful aroma of ripe red and dark fruits (cherries, blackberries) underpinned by vanilla and pipe tobacco, combined with roasted sweet coffee beans.
A fresh, young attack transitions to a palate marked by red fruits, licorice and vanilla. The wine has a nice structure, pleasant acidity and a round, long finish with ripe, elegant tannins.
We recommend it with winter vegetables, leg of duck, roast lamb and wild boar.
