The Reserva DOCa by Hacienda Grimon shines in a deep ruby red with purple reflections.
A wonderful scent of ripe red and dark fruits (cherries, blackberries) underlaid by vanilla and pipe tobacco unfolds in the nose, combined with roasted, sweet coffee beans.
A fresh, young start transforms into a palate characterized by red fruits, liquorice and vanilla. The wine has a beautiful structure, a pleasant acidity and a round, long finish with ripe, elegant tannins.
We recommend it with winter vegetables, duck leg, lamb roast and wild boar.
