The aromatics of this white wine from the Rheingau are determined by nuances of various red and black berries and dark fruits such as sour cherries and plums. The 101 Riesling can rightly be described as exceptionally fruit-driven and velvety, as it has been vinified with a pleasantly sweet flavor profile. Thanks to its lively acidity, the 101 Riesling appears exceptionally fresh and vibrant on the palate. The finish of this white wine, which has good aging potential and comes from the Rheingau wine-growing region, is ultimately impressive with a remarkable length.

Vinification of the 101 Riesling from Spreitzer

This white wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Riesling. For this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Spreitzer, only the best grape material was used. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by maturation.
