Vinification of the Meßmer Riesling winery

The basis for the balanced Riesling from the Palatinate are grapes from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes for this white wine from Germany are harvested exclusively by hand after optimal ripeness has been ensured. After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Riesling can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
