The finish of this age-worthy rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Aragon, more precisely from Cariñena DO, ultimately convinces with a good length. The aftertaste is also accompanied by mineral notes from the soils dominated by gravel and slate.

Vinification of the Care Family Vineyards Rosado

The balanced Rosado from Spain is a cuvée made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Aragon. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into soils of limestone, slate and gravel. The wine grapes for this rosé wine from Spain are harvested exclusively by hand when they are perfectly ripe. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Rosado can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.

This rosé wine from Spain is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is a perfect accompaniment to Jamaican chicken thighs
