Vinification of the Markus Pfaffmann Rosé Rosé Rosé
Basis for the elegant Rosé Rosé Rosé from the Palatinate are grapes from the grape variety Dornfelder. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
