Here, the vines drive their roots deep into slate soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Significa Ayler Riesling can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
