Sissi & Franz lovely rosé - this is another gift from Christoph Hammel the winery Hammel & Cie. from the Palatinate to all who do not like to drink dry. This lovely rosé combines joie de vivre and drinking pleasure in a special way.
Wonderfully pink it shines in the glass. A harmonious fruit, especially raspberries and strawberries, and a refreshing residual sweetness delight nose and palate and make this Palatinate rosé wine the perfect companion for many beautiful occasions.
Vinification of the Hammel Liebliches Rosé Sissi & Franz
This wonderfully fruity-sweet rosé cuvée was pressed in the classic Palatinate style from Portugieser, Dornfelder and Pinot Noir. Fermentation and subsequent aging were temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks.
