Weißburgunder S trocken - Schäfer-Fröhlich

In the glass, the Pinot Blanc S from Schäfer-Fröhlich presents a bright pale yellow color. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region Nahe, which can be stored well, finally inspires with beautiful length. Once again, hints of peach and orange blossom show.

Vinification of the Schäfer-Fröhlich Pinot Blanc S

The basis for the balanced Pinot Blanc S from the Nahe are grapes from the grape variety Pinot Blanc. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in controlled temperatures. 

Food recommendation for the Pinot Blanc S from Schäfer-Fröhlich

This German white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to leek soup, chickpea curry or potato pan with salmon.
