More information about Weißer Burgunder trocken - Michel Schneider

The Michel Schneider Pinot Blanc is a first-class white wine in the wine glass. In this it reveals a wonderfully bright, light yellow color. The nose of this Michel Schneider white wine shows all sorts of ripe apple and gooseberry. As if that were not already impressive, the stainless steel aging adds further aromas such as mineral.

On the palate, Michel Schneider's Pinot Blanc starts off pleasantly aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. On the tongue, this balanced white wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Pinot Blanc presents itself on the palate fantastically fresh and lively. In the finish, this youthful wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with good length. Again, hints of gooseberry and ripe apple appear.

Vinification of the Pinot Blanc by Michel Schneider

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pinot Blanc. For this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Michel Schneider, only first-class grapes were used. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Pinot Blanc is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.

Food recommendation for the Pinot Blanc by Michel Schneider

Enjoy this white wine from Germany best moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C as an accompanying wine to fruity endive salad, spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto or potato pan with salmon.
