The bouquet of this white wine from Rheinhessen enchants with hints of mirabelle, papaya, gallia melon and guava. If we trace the aromatics further, garrigue, lovage and juniper are added.

This white wine never shows itself coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine in the upper price range. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed white wine is wonderfully crisp. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the white wine cuvée Love&Respect flatters with velvety mouthfeel, without lacking freshness at the same time. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of nectarine and mango show. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and limestone are added.

Vinification of the white wine cuvée Love&Respect from Manz Winery

The basis for the elegant white wine cuvée Love&Respect from Rheinhessen are grapes from the grape varieties Müller-Thurgau, Scheurebe and Pinot Blanc. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Rheinhessen. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and clay. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the white wine cuvée Love&Respect can further harmonize for several months on the fine lees....

This German wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to fennel salad with red lentils, spring rolls with minced meat filling or roasted trout with ginger pear.
