12 e Mezzo Rosato del Salento IGP - Varvaglione

The 12 e Mezzo Rosato from Varvaglione in the Italian wine-growing region of Salento in Apulia is a pure, lively and fresh rosé wine made from the Negroamaro grape variety.

This wine comes into the glass with a bright, light raspberry red color and sparkling reflections. The nose of this exceptionally fruity rosé reveals aromas of ripe raspberries and juicy strawberries - perfectly accompanied by floral notes of white flowers. Vinification of the Varvaglione 12 e Mezzo Rosato

Once the grapes have arrived in the Varvaglione wine cellar, they are left on their skins for a short cryo-maceration and gently pressed. This rosé is then matured at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation process is stopped at an alcohol content of 12.5% by volume. This wine then rounds off harmoniously in stainless steel tanks.
