Vinification of the Zonin Amarone della Valpolicella

The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully powerful cuvée Amarone della Valpolicella from Zonin consists of Corvina, Molinara, and Rondinella grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here, they are selectively sorted and gently crushed. The fermentation then takes place in small oak barrels and bottle fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation is complete, the powerful Amarone della Valpolicella matures for several months in barriques made of oak.

Ideally, enjoy this red wine from Italy at a temperature of 15 - 18°C as an accompaniment to a whole range of magnificent dishes, but it is also a pleasure enjoyed solo.
