Vinification of the Bacchus by Dr. Hinkel
The elegant Bacchus from Germany is a single-varietal wine made from the Bacchus grape variety. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine ages for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
