The powerful Cabernet Sauvignon Dirmsteiner Mandelpfad from Germany is a varietal wine made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Pfalz. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into soils of clay and loess. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large wooden casks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by 24 months of maturation in 900 l tonneaux made of French oak.
