Vinification of Dreissigacker Chardonnay Brut Nature
The balanced Chardonnay Brut Nature from Germany is a varietal wine, organically vinified from the Chardonnay grape variety. The Chardonnay Brut Nature is quite clearly shaped by the climatic and stylistic factors of Bechtheim. In the truest sense of the word, this German wine can be described as an Old World wine that presents itself in an exceptionally impressive manner. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There, they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines. After the assemblage of the cuvée, further maturation continues on the basis of the traditional bottle fermentation method. This is followed by 27 months of bottle aging.
