This elegant Italian sparkling wine is made from the Prié grape variety. When fully ripe, the grapes for the E Glacier Metodo Classico Pas Dose' are harvested exclusively by hand, without the aid of straining and hardly selective grape harvesters. After manual harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Subsequently, the primary wines ferment. After the blending of the cuvée, it is further matured using the Méthode Traditionnelle. The Cave Mont Blanc E Glacier Metodo Classico Pas Dose' then ages in the bottle for several months and is finally disgorged.
