The finish of this youthful white wine from the Lower Austria region, more precisely from the Wachau, ultimately delights with a remarkable length.
Vinification of Gelber Muskateller Hartberg by Nothnagl
The basis for the well-balanced Gelber Muskateller Hartberg from Lower Austria is grapes of the Gelber Muskateller variety. At optimal ripeness, the grapes for Gelber Muskateller Hartberg are harvested exclusively by hand, without the use of coarse and barely selective mechanical harvesters. After picking, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally drawn off.
Food recommendation for Gelber Muskateller Hartberg by Nothnagl
