More information about Riesling trocken 1 l - Thanisch
With Thanisch Riesling 1 l, a first-class white wine comes into the glass. It presents a wonderfully bright, pale yellow color. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from Germany reveals delightfully youthful aromas of lemon and green apple, rounded off by lime.
This wine impresses with its elegantly dry taste profile. It was bottled with 7.1 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine at an elevated entry-level price point, this German wine delights, despite all its dryness, with the finest balance. Flavor does not necessarily require residual sugar. On the palate, this well-balanced white wine is characterized by an exceedingly light and crisp texture. Thanks to its present acidity, the Riesling 1 l appears impressively fresh and lively on the palate. On the finish, this youthful white wine from the Mosel region finally delights with good length. Once again, hints of green apple and lemon appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes from the slate-dominated soils join in.
Vinification of the Riesling 1 l from Thanisch
The balanced Riesling 1 l from Germany is a varietal wine, vinified from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions on the Mosel. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into slate soils. The grapes for this white wine from Germany are harvested exclusively by hand once optimal ripeness has been ensured. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before finally being bottled.
Food recommendation for Thanisch Riesling 1 l
