Heroine Weißweincuvée - Weingut Wageck

The Heroine white wine cuvée from the Wageck winery is dedicated to Saint Margaret . She is said to have once saved the entire village of Bissersheim from a wild dragon. The community thanks this heroic deed to this day in the Bissersheimer Ortswappen. 

This white wine from the Palatinate is an uncomplicated, fruity-fresh and summery white wine cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Silvaner and some Muscat. 

In the glass, this wine shines in a bright straw yellow with sparkling reflections. The nose enjoys a wonderfully fruity bouquet. Tropical fruits are revealed, complemented by crisp apples, juicy pears, fresh citrus and floral hints. On the palate, this German white wine is wonderfully approachable, with a crisp, light texture and beautiful play of flavors.
