This elegant sparkling wine from Germany is vinified from the Pinot Noir and Syrah grape varieties. La Belle Rosé Brut is an Old World wine through and through, as this German wine breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. The fact that the Pinot Noir and Syrah grapes thrive under the influence of a rather cool climate also has an influence on the ripening of the grapes that cannot be dismissed. This manifests itself, among other things, in particularly long and evenly ripened grapes and rather moderate alcohol content in the wine. The berries for this sparkling wine from Germany are harvested exclusively by hand after ensuring optimal ripeness. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. The fermentation of the base wines follows. After the cuvée has been put together, further aging follows on the basis of classic bottle fermentation.
