Vinification of Costers Del Sio La Boscana Blanco

The elegant La Boscana Blanco from Spain is a cuvée made from the Chardonnay and Viognier grape varieties. The wine grapes for this white wine from Spain are harvested exclusively by hand at optimal ripeness. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, La Boscana Blanco can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
