Vinification of Le Sabbie dell 'Etna by Firriato
This delicious cuvée is made from 80% Nerello Mascalese and 20% Nerello Cappuccio. The grapes grow at the foot of the largest active volcano in Europe, giving them a special minerality. After fermentation, this cuvée matures in Slavonic oak barrels for a total of 6 months.
