This white wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Zibibbo. For this wonderfully elegant varietal wine from Donnafugata, only flawless grapes were harvested. After picking, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
