Vinification of Weingut Faubel Maikammer Gelber Muskateller
This elegant white wine from Germany is produced vegan from the Gelber Muskateller grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into loess soils. The berries for this white wine from Germany are harvested particularly quickly and preferably in the morning, once optimal ripeness has been ensured, in order to preserve their freshness. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before finally being bottled.
