This red wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Pinotage. For this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Stellar Organics, only first-class grape material was harvested. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
