Vinification of the Naturbursche Grauburgunder from Weingut Landgraf
This elegant white wine from Germany is organically produced from the Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
