The finish of this youthful white wine from the Württemberg wine-growing region is ultimately impressive with a good length. The aftertaste is also accompanied by mineral nuances from the sandstone and weathered rock-dominated soils. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Württemberg. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into soils of sandstone and weathered rock. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are selected and gently crushed.
