More information about Pink Temptation Rosé trocken - Weinbiet Manufaktur

In the glass, the Pink Temptation Rosé from Weinbiet Manufaktur reveals a bright light red color. The bouquet of this rosé wine from the Palatinate region enchants with nuances of raspberry. If we trace the aroma further, hibiscus blossom is added.

The Weinbiet Manufaktur Pink Temptation Rosé presents itself to the wine lover pleasantly dry. This rosé wine never appears coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine. On the tongue, this balanced rosé wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp texture. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Pink Temptation Rosé is exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of raspberry. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by limestone and loess soil join in.

Vinification of the Weinbiet Manufaktur Pink Temptation Rosé

This balanced rosé wine from Germany is made from the Dornfelder and Merlot grape varieties. In the Palatinate region, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone and loess. The grapes for this rosé wine from Germany, when perfectly ripe, are harvested particularly quickly and preferably in the morning to preserve their aromas. After the manual harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Pink Temptation Rosé can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.

Food recommendation for the Pink Temptation Rosé from Weinbiet Manufaktur

This German rosé wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to coconut-lime fish curry, asparagus salad with quinoa or omelet with salmon and fennel.
