Vinification of the Terra Musa Pinot Grigio Venezia Doc

This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pinot Grigio. Only the best grapes were used for this exceptionally well-balanced single-varietal wine from Terra Musa. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Once the wine is finished, the Pinot Grigio Venezia Doc is carefully harmonized.
