This elegant white wine from Italy is made from the Pinot Grigio grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Villa Canlungo Pinot Grigio Collio can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
