Vinification of Poetry from Weingut Kiefer
Balanced Poetry from Germany is a blend made from Cabernet Mitos and Pinot Noir grapes. In Baden, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loess. After the manual harvest, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Poetry is left to harmonize on its fine lees for a few months.
