More information about Ribolla Gialla - Tenuta Pinni
With the Tenuta Pinni Ribolla Gialla, a first-class white wine finds its way into the glass. There it displays a wonderfully bright, pale yellow color. On the nose, this Tenuta Pinni white wine presents all kinds of acacia notes. As if that were not already impressive, pepper is added thanks to maturation in stainless steel.
This Italian wine tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with an exceptionally low residual sugar content. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and thus, despite all its dryness, this Italian enchants with the finest balance. Excellent flavor does not necessarily require a lot of sugar. On the palate, this well-balanced white wine is characterized by an extremely fleshy and crisp texture. The finish of this white wine from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia wine region ultimately delights with a beautiful aftertaste. The aftertaste is also accompanied by mineral nuances from the clay-dominated soils.
Vinification of Ribolla Gialla from Tenuta Pinni
This balanced white wine from Italy is made from the Ribolla Gialla grape variety. In Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay soils. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house without delay. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is matured for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
