The Riesling Gutswein dry of Ellermann-Spiegel from the Palatinate shows itself as a wonderful varietal Riesling. Brilliant pale yellow in the Gllas, on the nose fine aromas of peach, apples, nuances of cassis, mineral accents and floral notes. It virtually dances on the tongue, with exceptionally juicy fruit on the palate, mineral, delicate spicy notes, carried by fine and at the same time refreshing acidity. Long, mineral-fruity finish.
A classic for fans of German Rieslings.
