This white wine from Karl Haidle is just right for wine drinkers who like their wine dry. The Riesling Ritzling already comes very close to this, as it was vinified with just 2 grams of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed white wine is wonderfully silky. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Riesling Ritzling is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Württemberg finally captivates with beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of the Riesling Ritzling from Karl Haidle
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Riesling. Only the best grape material was used for this wonderfully elegant varietal wine from Karl Haidle. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully milled. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
