Vinification of the Weinbiet Manufaktur Riesling Haardter Herrenletten
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Riesling. For this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Weinbiet Manufaktur, only immaculate grapes were harvested. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and marl. At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes for Riesling Haardter Herrenletten are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
