Vinification of the Weingut Prinz Salm Riesling

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Riesling. Only immaculate grape material was harvested for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Weingut Prinz Salm. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Nahe region. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of slate. The berries for this white wine from Germany, when perfectly ripe, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the grapes are harvested, they are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Riesling can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months...

Drink this white wine from Germany ideally well chilled at 8 - 10°C as an accompanying wine to asparagus salad with quinoa, vegetable salad with beetroot or roasted trout with ginger pear.
