Vinification of the Riesling Winkeler Hasensprung Spätlese from Bibo Runge
This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Riesling. For this wonderfully elegant varietal wine from Bibo Runge, only first-class grape material was harvested. In the Rheingau, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay soils. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed.
