Vinification of the Kessler Sekt Rosé Réserve Vintage Extra Brut

This sparkling wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Pinot Noir. For this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Kessler, only impeccable grapes were harvested. After the grapes have been harvested, they are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in the bottle at controlled temperatures.
