This white wine from Tuscany is elegant and full-bodied with a lively acidity and fine structure. Its finish is very delicate and long-lasting.

Vinification for the Sant'Antimo Pinot Grigio DOC from Col d'Orcia

After harvesting, the grapes for this wine were cold macerated and gently pressed. Fermentation took place over a period of around 10-12 days. In order to preserve the aromas, this Pinot Griogio was bottled early.
