The Sant'Antimo Pinot Grigio DOC from Col d'Orcia presents itself in the glass in an intense lemon yellow with greenish reflections. This white wine exudes its typical varietal aromas of citrus fruit, floral hints and subtle mineral notes.

This white wine from Tuscany is elegant and full-bodied with a lively acidity and fine structure. Its finish is very delicate and long-lasting.

Vinification for the Sant'Antimo Pinot Grigio DOC from Col d'Orcia

After harvesting, the grapes for this wine were cold macerated and gently pressed. Fermentation took place over a period of around 10-12 days. In order to preserve the aromas, this Pinot Griogio was bottled early.
