The Sauvignon Alto Adige from Cantina Tramin brings an international classic with typical South Tyrolean charm to the glass. It has an elegant green-yellow color with delicate reflections. Its herbaceous bouquet unfolds, delighting with lime zest, gooseberry, nettle, elderflower and subtle citrus notes.
On the palate, the Sauvignon from Cantina Tramin delights with lively fruit acidity, an excellently balanced structure and a mineral finish.
Vinification of the Cantina Tramin Sauvignon
The grapes are harvested by hand, crushed and gently pressed. Fermentation then takes place at 19°C in stainless steel tanks, where the wine is also matured without biological acid conversion.
