Vinification of the Emil Bauer Secco rosé
This elegant sparkling wine from Germany is made from the grape varieties Blauer Portugieser, Dornfelder, Pinot Meunier and Riesling. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate region. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay, limestone and loess. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. The fermentation of the base wines then takes place.
