The vines root deep into volcanic soils here. Clearly, the Sentiero delle Gerle Bianco Etna is also influenced by the climate and wine-growing style of Etna DOC. This Italian can, in the best sense of the word, be called a wine of the Old World, presenting itself remarkably impressively. After hand harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and gently crushed. The fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Sentiero delle Gerle Bianco Etna continues to harmonize for 14 months on its fine lees.
