This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Riesling. For this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Weingut Prinz, only first-class grape material was brought in. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
