This German cuvée reveals wonderfully expressive notes of pear and ripe apple in the glass, accompanied by hints of minerality.
This German wine delights with its juicy, fruit-driven flavor profile. It was bottled with a generous 17 grams of residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and thus, with all its opulence, this German wine also enchants with the finest balance. The light-footed P.J. Valckenberg Silber extra dry reveals an incredibly fruit-forward taste on the tongue, which is of course also due to its off-dry profile. Light and complex, this delicate sparkling wine presents itself on the palate. On the finish, this wine from the Rheinhessen wine-growing region finally impresses with good length. Once again, nuances of ripe apple and pear appear. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery, where they are selected and gently pressed.
