The well-balanced Spätburgunder sweet from Germany is a varietal wine made from the Spätburgunder grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
