Vinification of Winzergenossenschaft Jechtingen Pinot Noir
The balanced Pinot Noir from Germany is a varietal wine made from the Pinot Noir grape. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Baden. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into volcanic soils. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
