Vinification of Schlossberg Sektkellerei Superb Sekt Rosé

This elegant sparkling wine from Germany is vinified from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently pressed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines. After the composition of the final sparkling wine, it undergoes further maturation based on the Méthode Traditionelle, classic bottle fermentation. Afterwards, Schlossberg Sektkellerei Superb Sekt Rosé matures for a few months in the bottle and is then disgorged.
