More information about Teroldego Rosato - Fedrizzi Cipriano
The elegant Teroldego Rosato from the hand of Fedrizzi Cipriano flows into the glass with a bright ruby red color. The bouquet of this red wine from Trentino-Alto Adige delights with notes of acacia. It is precisely its fruit-driven character that makes this wine so special.
The Fedrizzi Cipriano Teroldego Rosato presents itself to the wine lover as wonderfully dry. This red wine never appears coarse or lean, as one might expect from a wine. Balanced and multi-layered, this light, crisp, and silky red wine presents itself on the palate. The finish of this red wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine-growing region, more precisely from Trentino DOC, finally impresses with a beautiful aftertaste.
Vinification of the Teroldego Rosato from Fedrizzi Cipriano
This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Teroldego. Only immaculate grape material was harvested for this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Fedrizzi Cipriano. After being hand-picked, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Teroldego Rosato can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
