The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo from the Abruzzo wine-growing region presents itself in the glass in a brilliant, shimmering light yellow. In the middle, the tone changes to an expressive greenish-yellow color. The bouquet of this white wine from Abruzzo is captivating with hints of perfume rose, lily, lavender and apple, and it is precisely its fruity character that makes this wine so special.

This dry white wine from Contesa di Rocco Pasetti is ideal for purists who like it absolutely dry. The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo comes very close to this, as it was vinified with just 2.1 grams of residual sugar. On the palate, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly light and crisp texture. Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification of the Trebbiano d'Abruzzo from Contesa di Rocco Pasetti

This elegant white wine from Italy is made from the Trebbiano grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Abruzzo. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sedimentary and weathered rock. Of course, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is also determined by climatic and stylistic factors Abruzzo DOC. This Italian wine can be described as an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, presenting itself in an extraordinarily youthful way. The grapes for this white wine from Italy are harvested exclusively by hand at optimum ripeness. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Trebbiano d'Abruzzo can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
